What we dowisdom+work targets three areas that are critical to organisational success and health – strategy, role and leadership development, and transition. Within these areas, our initiatives are designed to offer spaces where people can think together, clarify their purpose, and create needed change. Strategically, when leaders, managers and employees are well-connected to their organisation’s purpose and build clarity and meaning in their roles, they will be better able to make the necessary transitions for growth.
